About these terms

These terms govern your use of the ProtoOmega online store at protoomega.com and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Products and product information

ProtoOmega offers cable storage and workspace organization products, including cable storage boxes, cable clips and holders, cable trays and baskets, routing accessories, rack cable management products, and display cases. Materials, dimensions, colors, included components, compatibility, and options vary by item. Review the individual product listing and selected variant, and measure your available space before ordering. Product images may show a setup or surroundings that are not included; the listing identifies the item and included components. Screen settings may affect how colors appear.

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. If we find a material listing or pricing error, we may correct it and contact you about an affected order before fulfillment where practicable.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may cancel an order for a stock issue, listing or pricing error, payment authorization problem, or suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after payment was captured, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method. Payment options and the amount due are shown at checkout before you place the order. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Shipping and returns

Shipping destinations, rates, and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, prepaid labels, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. Applicable consumer rights that cannot be waived by these terms remain in effect.

Use of the store

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false order information, or use its content in a way that infringes another party’s rights. Store text, branding, and design are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Third-party services and links

Checkout and other store features may be provided through Shopify and other service providers. Links or embedded content from third parties, including the map on our homepage, are subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy notices. We do not control third-party sites or services.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided as available, without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, ProtoOmega is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. This section does not limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
